School - Northridge Academy High Classes taught - Band, Guitar, Strings Brief biography - I am the Instrumental Music Director at Northridge Academy High School. NAHS is a partnership school between Los Angeles Unified School District and Cal. State Univ. Northridge. It is a position I have held since the school opened in 2004. I have been teaching with LAUSD since 1996, starting with Traveling Elementary Orchestra for 3 years, then moving to Robert Fulton Middle School in 1999 where I was for 5 years, until I moved to NAHS. I have a BA in Music from UC Berkeley, and a Single Subject Professional Clear Credential in Music with a CLAD certificate from CSU Northridge. I am currently getting a supplemental authorization in Computer Concepts & Applications and finishing my MA in Music Education both from CSUN.
